Recruitment process
The recruitment process is open at the beginning of each semester to every Bachelor's and Master's student at Nova SBE, including exchange students.
How does it work?
There are 3 steps to our application process:
August 31st - September 9th
1. Application form
The application form is a combination of long and short answers where we can assess your personality fit, value fit, and motivation. We want to get to know you!
September 14th - September 18th
2. Interview
Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an interview with one or two board members. The interview is all about getting to know you, learning what you are excited about, and seeing what you can bring to the team.
September 21st
3. Final results
Board members will once again meet to discuss all interviews and send out results! You will receive a result up to 3-4 days after your interview.
