"You don’t have to be perfect, but you do have to be 100% committed. Don’t wait for permission — step into your power."
— Reshma Saujani, Founder of Girls Who Code

International Mentorship Program
The NWiB Mentoring Program is entering its second round this spring. This initiative aims to match female mentors from various industries with female Master's students at NOVA and foster valuable mentor-mentee relationships.
The aim of this program is to provide students with a platform for their personal and professional development while giving mentors the opportunity to make a significant contribution and discover potential future talent. Key areas include leadership and self-development skills.

Corporate Relations Department
The Corporate Relations department functions as the intermediary between our club and corporate partners. Members of the department are responsible for the acquisition of new corporate partners, whilst simultaneously strengthening relationships with existing partners. The “Women in Business Days” is an event series that connects female students with managers from leading international firms from various industries. The event is divided into two parts, allowing members to benefit from both skill workshops and networking opportunities. Another important area of responsibility is the "International Mentorship Program", designed to meaningfully connect participants with a mentor who can guide them to navigate their careers successfully.

Community Department
The Community department is dedicated to preserve the core values of NWiB and foster awareness among our student body. Because we care deeply about the education and interaction of our members, the community department organizes inspirational speaker panels, internal discussion rounds, and feminist reading circles. The department hosts social networking events to strengthen the club’s internal cohesion and support among members. Moreover, it initiates club collaborations to further spread the club’s mission. In addition, it offers workshops to provide members with the tools and support they need to advance in their careers, ensuring their continued personal growth and professional development.

Marketing Department
The Marketing Department is committed to promoting gender equality through various online and offline channels. Using platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, we advertise events, club collaborations and recruit members, while sharing insightful facts about gender and highlighting influential women. These efforts contribute to building a strong brand aligned with our core values. Members gain opportunities for creative expression and skills development in design, communication and digital marketing. The department is organized into key areas of responsibility: Gender&Action, Voices of Equality - responsible for the content of our Instagram page; Website - which updates the website, where the most relevant club information can be found; and Moving Content - responsible for reporting on the club's most notable events through dynamic and interactive content. Each of them plays a vital role in our mission to promote gender equality.
