The marketing department focuses on increasing awareness of gender equality on social media through the promotion of upcoming events and collaborations, communication of interesting facts, and impactful people. Our activities allow us to express our creativity and expand our knowledge in design, communications, and digital marketing.

Corporate Relations Department
The Corporate Relations department is our connection between club members and firms. The Corporate Relations department maintains contact with firms that have shown a vested interested in supporting women and is responsible for organizing our new concept, Women in Business days. In the Women in Business days, firms come to Nova, share what they do specifically to support women, and give an upskilling training such as a case study or mock interview. This event is open to all Nova students.

Community Department
At NWiB, we care deeply about the interaction and education of our members. The Community department organizes organizes events and panel discussions that aim to bring awareness to topics related to gender equality in the business world.
Additionally, the community department facilitates workshops and meetings for the members of the club to strengthen the club community and to enable an exchange between the departments. Social events are not neglected and contribute significantly to our positive club atmosphere.
